Cornish hens have been growing in popularity among home chefs who usually prepare this bird for special occasions. Interestingly, an adult Cornish hen will be identical to a typical hen in the context of its size and weight – but these birds will usually not be slaughtered for consumption. Cornish hens are a variation of broiler chickens but are smaller than a typical hen.
This is one of the best air fryer recipes. Basically the hens are like little whole chickens and they are too cute and fun to cook. I decided to use a method called spatchcocking and a favorite chicken marinade to prepare the hens.
